If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price. We must receive your returned purchase within 30 days of receipt in order to issue a refund. Item(s) must be in its original package. Item(s) must be shipped in a box. Do not attach anything to the original manufactures packaging. Removing the linens from the package to inspect the color and feel the wonderful fabric is fine. If for some reason the color or feel are not right for you (remember they will be lightly starched before they are washed for the first time), simply slip them back into their packaging and contact us for a return shipping address.
We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled. Items that are special ordered are not returnable. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding including: sheets, duvets, mattress pads, pillowcases, and pillows for refund or credit. If your order contains bed sheets or duvet cover set, these are only returnable if they have not been removed from zippered package. Orders with Bed sheets or Duvet Cover Sets that have been unfolded and/or washed are not returnable.
A full refund will be given after we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). We do not accept COD returns of any kind.

If you are not satisfied with our product when you receive it, return it immediately for a full refund -except for the shipping. We do not refund after the product has been used. These are BRAND NEW from the manufacturer. This product includes an original manufacturer's limited warranty. We do not and cannot accept any responsibility or liability for the condition, duration, or extent of such warranties. All customer questions and inquiries about warranties or repair should be directed towards the original manufacturer.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: For all international returns, we are not responsible for any customs or brokerage fees that you or we will incur. You are responsible to pay for your customs and brokerage fees as well as our customs and brokerage fees. No exceptions. We will only ship to you under the above conditions. Please understand this before placing an international order.
